NZ Herald. Please be assured that we have taken your feedback on board and will be using your feedback to ensure that we deliver the best possible service to all our guests, both now and in the future. We sincerely hope that your experience on this occasion will not detract you from enjoying future visits to the hotel. Spent a lovely, relaxing hour and 15 minutes with my family having afternoon tea in a pretty restaurant. We were welcomed by Loren who sat us by the window. It was pouring with rain outside but we had a wonderful view of the sea, boats and port. We told Loren we had vegetarians in the group and there was no problem with accommodating our needs and she offered several alternatives.
We were offered a complimentary Prosecco too as it's national afternoon tea week at the hotel! A welcomed gesture! The food came beautifully presented finger sandwiches and a selection of mini dessert cakes and scone. Enjoyed the scone and jam, but none of the group enjoyed the cheesecake, also the buttercream on the carrot cake was extremely sweet. Sandwiches were lovely and enjoyed the different fillings available.
There's also tea and coffee which they refill on request. The service is polite and friendly and Loren and Paolo made sure that we as well everyone who was eating in the restaurant were looked after, thank you it was great. Will return again as it was relaxing, no stress. There was a table nearby eating lunch and it looked and smelled delicious so next time we will come for lunch and hope for another good experience again. The only little problem we had was ringing the reception the day before to check for parking.
We were left wondering what today would be like but despite this little niggle everything was good. I am thrilled that you enjoyed you enjoyed our afternoon tea and delighted to read that our Loren looked after you,. Given vouchers at Christmas for afternoon tea and saved until we were altogether to enjoy. The staff were welcoming. Cakes: scone, sachertorte, cheesecake and macaroons. Small treats but enough with sandwiches to fill you up.
Pleasant, bright room with nice lighting and large windows overlooking the marina and ferry port. Afternoon tea with family a nice treat. I am thrilled that you enjoyed you enjoyed our afternoon tea and delighted to read that our team looked after you,. Excellent location, sensible prices, my room was very clean and comfortable with nice views, highly recommended for a weekend break with spa included. There is Marco's White restaurant in house. No problems with car park as the hotel provide free car park, this is very useful on busy summer days.
For our anniversary we booked a top suite and weren't disappointed. Luxury beyond expectations. The restaurant food was super and the staff attentive. We couldn't have had better. The big thing here is the superb views of the harbour and Dover Castle. Great service from booking in with the super efficient and friendly Jessica.
Brunette girl to the restaurant meal where we were serviced by the lovely Belinda. It's so nice to be treated in such a friendly manner. Food was great and the room was small but served our purpose. Highly recommended. Brought my partners parents for night before holiday lovely location and very friendly staff. Was great for them to be able to see the boat docked from sea view room made it more special. As with every hotel the drinks are soooo overpriced as is food would not recommend the sandwiches BLT grilled chicken for the price I could have done better at home like taken out of packet and shoved on plate so didn't have dinner opted to eat out instead.
Rooms a bit tired but had everything you needed as a pit stop to the boat coming or going. Would definitely come again if catching a ferry for the night. We have stayed here many times over the years, in fact we used to come here for special meals when it was called The Churchill, and we lived nearby. It is now somewhere we could never recommend. Our room was small, to the extent of claustrophobia, old fashioned, a very wonky window pigeons wander in and out when opened , the bathroom was dull with very loud air conditioning.
We asked for a better room but we were told they had all been taken. We went into the bar to ask for crisps or nuts to have with our drinks and we were told they had run out. We could not wait to leave and will not be going back unless under new ownership. We really appreciate your loyalty and taking the time to share your valued comments in regards to your recent visit. I am pleased to inform you that we are upgrading are bedrooms starting this autumn.
Kind regards, Suresh Abbas General Manager. Our room was ready early, around noon Room was lovely and bed was comfy. Very quiet although there seemed to be parties downstairs we never heard them. Just beware of the elevator, it broke while we were there.
We had a deluxe double and because of the beautiful weather were able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the comings and goings on in the harbour. The room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. We were welcomed at reception and all our questioned answered with a smile. Hot breakfast not as good as some I have had but adequate.
The evening meal in the main restaurant was enjoyable and we were looked after by the staff. The following evening we ate in the fish cafe and we both enjoyed the meal. This is my second time at the spa and it's so lovely and staff so nice and friendly normally. This time I arrived at hotel 10 mins before my appointment time but had to wait at main desk for parking permit. Waited 10 minutes as staff booking in guests. Got permit took to car returned I now 15 minutes late my mum went down to spa to explain while waiting for permit.
When I got to the spa I was greeted with as you late we have to cut your treatment time i explained about permit waiting time but told have other guest and need to run on time I understand. Deep down I was upset as my birthday treat from my husband and was not really my fault. So turn up good 30 mins before not 10 mins before spa appointment is my advice. Afternoon tea afterwards was so yummy and great setting on front balcony looking out to the seafront. Maybe just a off day in the spa yesterday. We appreciate your loyalty towards the brand and we look forward to having the pleasure of welcoming you back soon.
Chose Dover to visit the Castle. On this occasion the French coastline was clear. The French appear to put on a firework display in each village and town, so we had a clear view of about 10 displays, each about 20 miles away. The room was quite small but adequate, However, the shower is over the bath and there are no hand rails to assist elderly people in and out.
The elevator was pathetically slow, especially as the hotel had a lot of people leaving for a cruise and thus had lots of luggage, so it could take 20 minutes to await your turn in the queue. We were not disappointed. Breakfast was interesting. The choice of items was the usual ones expected from a Hotel such as this.
However, the staff were amazingly scruffy!!! Dirty faded jeans and a scruffy tea shirt do not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the kitchen and overweight waitresses in black mini mini skirts which leave little to the imagination is not appropriate for this class of establishment. The car parking arrangements were excellent and appeared to have unlimited parking free of charge to hotel patrons. We were naturally disappointed to read your comments regarding you which you have mentioned about our staff.
Your comments regarding the uniforms we are already in discussion with our brand agency. Your comments regarding the poor service will be relayed back to our team as this is most definitely not to our usual standards. Hotel is in a great location right on the beach front in the Port of Dover.
This hotel lacks public space downstairs ie the lounge, reception and bar area are all one space. This hotel is pristine clean. We were in a room with a balcony, overlooking the marina and docks. Fabulous views. The breakfast was lovely and all staff were excellent. Such good value for the location. I stayed here for 2 nights. The buffet breakfast was very disappointing, what should have been hot food was at best luke warm.
If this was resolved, I world give the a 4. On a plus note, there is plenty of variety to suit everyone's taste. We paid for a room upgrade so we had a sea view and balcony. The room was ok but very small. We had some luggage and this left us very little space to move around.
KFC NZ | Secret Recipe Fried Chicken
The lock on the balcony door was faulty and only one bolt actually worked. I thought this a security issue. I would strongly advise guests to be vigilant at reception. The young woman who checked us in had very little English. She got the room price wrong making it almost double.
The office manager did sort this out, but was unsmiling and offered no apology. When checking out the bill was wrong. We had pre-paid for dinner, but were charged again. The office manager asked if we had dined on both evenings - we hadn't. She removed the meal price, but there was, again, no apology and no smile! If you have heavy luggage be aware that, as far as we could make out, there was no porterage at least, we weren't advised of any and there is no ramp up to the entrance. The one lift was small and, if several people were checking in, you could have a bit of a wait.
For us the best feature of the hotel was the restaurant. Very good food, reasonable prices and courteous, efficient staff. I booked the "superior double room with balcony" despite being aware that the room itself is only 12m square, however the balcony on a beautiful summer evening quite compensated for that. What I hadn't considered was that the bed would be on the small side too with a slight wobble that manifested every time either of us moved. Rather disconcerting. What was irritating was the lack of attention to detail.
Big Mac + More @ McDonald’s via. App
For example, the shelf below the bathroom mirror was on a tilt. It appeared to be a design fault rather than broken but meant everything put onto it slowly slid forward. Also the toilet seat would not stay up. The tea and coffee provided was meagre to say the least, only Tetley tea on offer and not enough milk or sugar. Two major complaints though, firstly the room was directly above the bar and despite asking the bar staff to lessen the volume in the bar we were plagued with bass during the evening.
Secondly we found one of the anti-pigeon spikes on the floor of the balcony, see photo. This was potentially dangerous to anyone going out there in slippers or bare feet. Again, lack of attention to detail as the balcony had quite obviously not been swept and therefore the offending spike had not been noticed. We did speak to the manager about this, rather than immediately go onto social media who after giving us a long spiel about the problem with pigeons went on the defensive.
Not really good enough. Plus points are a really good makeup mirror and of course that amazing view. They serve excellent coffee too and you can sit outside. Please be assured that we have taken your feedback on board and my personal follow up with the team. We booked here because of its location to the cruise terminal and the high street for it's shops, restaurants and pubs. We have sailed many times on 4 different cruise lines and this was by far the smallest shower we have ever had to try and use. Our advise to anybody booking here, if you are of a larger frame, is to make sure that when you book you insist on a room with a decent sized shower.
Putting that one issue aside the BW is still well located and the staff, service and buffet breakfast are very good. We take reviews like this seriously, and we are sorry to hear that your experience was not as it should have been. Being a grade two listed building it got its challengers and all room size are not the same. We are currently upgrading our bathrooms which will be completed in the spring We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity of welcoming you back in the near future.
Booked here for two reasons, the first being it's proximity to the cruise ship terminal. The second was the much vaunted existence of two Marco Pier White restaurants. I booked into the fish restaurant only to discover it is simply a sea side fish and chip establishment, complete Sarson's vinegar and Heinz sauce, which as can be found virtually anywhere. Chef was kind enough to leave the batter off my haddock but it still came with mushy peas and chips - no fresh vegetables.
The waiting staff are lovely but if you hope for cordon bleu, go elsewhere. Being slightly arthritic,I booked a superior double room, hoping for a degree of comfort. The room is so small that it can only accommodate a standard double bed.
To walk past the end of the bed I have to bend sideways to avoid walking into the wall mounted TV. If there were two people here one would have to wait a turn to get from one side of the room to the other. Lovely view from the balcony, the latter would be improved if it was swept. The lift is slow and seldom comes on first press of the call button. There is no hotel or Dover information to refer to in the room so reception staff have to be asked for a street map, spa location etc and were helpful, but it shouldn't be necessary to have to ask them.
Can't comment on the bed comfort as I haven't slept in it yet. I hope it's okay as I have two nights here. Unfortunately the experience was less than impressive. Upon arrival we had to wait about 20minutes at the reception before speaking to the hotel staff. The lady serving us hardly spoke any English and was unable to answer any of my questions without consulting the second receptionist, who was busy with another guest.
The check in for a pre-paid booking took around 40mins. Once we got to the room, we noticed dirty dishes outside our room door.

Inside the room looked outdated and the mini fridge had a fault sticker from September and wasn't working. The windows were tiny and didn't open properly. The bed was incredibly small as well and all lights had been unplugged. Before heading to the spa we stopped at the reception to complain about the fridge, but the response we got was: "Why do you need a fridge?
We won't be able to send anyone out to repair until tomorrow". The response was very rude and we were told if we needed to cool drinks we could just use the bar and buy drinks there. Once we got to the spa, we couldn't find anyone working there so we just wandered around. We couldn't find any towels either. Finally we found an employee and we were informed that they had run out of towels and instead we were given a small hand towel. The next morning before checking out I asked the receptionist where the best place is to go for boat tours and the response was: " I don't know, but I guess I can google that".
All in all the state of the hotel could have been excused if the service would have made up for it. The booking wasn't cheap and we were really disappointed with the stay. What a pity , such a lovely place to have a nice relaxing time and a lovely choice of drinks , but the service behind the bar leaves a lot to be desired , they need to sort this out or will loss a lot of customers.
Great location , lovely rooms, good food and friendly staff. Right on the waterfront Great health club and spa treatments Easy to get taxis Car Parking provided. I came here with my sister in law for the spa day with afternoon tea. The afternoon tea was great, plenty to eat and it was all fresh and delicious. We were served by carla who was very smily and friendly, and she was happy to change any of the options on the menu if they weren't to our liking for example changing meat options to vegetarian for my sister in law. I think it could be made clearer on the menu that vegetarian options are available She couldn't have been more helpful.
The woman on reception at around 1. We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't find any staff in the spa at all - we found the changing rooms etc but couldn't find where to get the robes etc. We eventually found two in the relaxation room so we decided to appropriate those for ourselves. Because there was no staff on reception the lady who was booked to do my treatment didn't know where I was but she eventually found me and she was very apologetic. It wasn't her fault but I think more signs with guidance on where you're supposed to go and wait if there are no staff on reception would be a good idea.
I had a fantastic back ritual and my sister-in-law had a facial and then we spent time in the relaxation room and jacuzzi which was just what we needed.
Private changing space in the changing rooms would have been appreciated though. We finished up with a drink at the bar where Sam was very helpful and service was quick. We got married on 22nd June and it was perfect the staff so helpful and friendly they couldnt do enough for us especially Sian the events manager and Suresh the general manager.
I even designed my own menus and there was no issues or complaints the room was perfect and even though we didnt get to use the spa facilities it was nice for myself my mum and a family friend to have a tour of the hotel as we worked there over 20 years ago what a upgrade over the years. Everything was perfect for us and no complaints from anyone everyone enjoyed our day thankyou Suresh Sian and all the staff from the cleaners, maintenance staff, kitchen staff, restaurant staff, bar and reception staff upto the managers and owners once again thankyou so so much for making our day so special..
We are delighted to hear that your day went so smoothly both Sian and the team looked after you so well on your very special day. I will ensure that your lovely feedback is passed on to the team. I am delighted to hear that you found our team friendly and you like our food. We hope you will visit us again soon! Booked a spa experience with afternoon tea and had a great day. The staff at the hotel were lovely, even though there was a wedding going on they were very attentive, especially Loran who stopped by to check on us even though she was overseeing the wedding stuff.
Afternoon tea was delicious, and they catered very well to a vegetarian diet. Spa was very good, although it took a while to find any staff to ask about our treatments, but the set up was very relaxing, the treatments were lovely, and facilities were good quality. The floor is super squeeky and we could hear the room above is walking back and forth in the middle of the night and very early morning. The rooms look quite old with peeling paint, wallpaper and rust. The sink was leaking from the bottom.
They also decided to do maintenance in the morning to the jacuzzi which was out of action for 3 hours until about 10am instead of just doing it during the night. And to top it all, the morning of our check out we left the room for a bit and put a "do not disturb" sign on the door. We came back in order to take our stuff and check out within the hotel time frame and it was obvious that someone came in the room and left a bag in the bed that says "hairdryer" on it! Spent a lovely evening in the bar enjoying cocktails, serviced by two friendly bar staff.
Knowledge of cocktail menu excellent and quality of drinks excellent, even provided table service with a smile. Had a very good but short rest here on international trip. Would definitely consider staying again. Night porter most helpful on my late arrival. Good beer. Slept very well, but not long enough, due to having to catch ferry. Checked into room and builders were still fixing the front door.
Went to check out and receptionist refused to let me have a copy of the bill because I booked through Booking. They wonder why reviews are poor. Lift inadequate, poor food in the restaurant, waiter smelling strongly and unpleasantly of tobacco. Excellent service from one waitress and reception girl. Far too long to check in and out. The Marina hotel provided a very pleasant stay whilst in Dover on business Situated directly on the sea front this grand hotel offers some stunning views across the English Channel Very convenient for the ferry terminal the hotel boasts a Marco Pierre White bistro My third floor room was clean and comfortable The only negative is that when I arrived around 8pm the checked in took the lift The mirror on one side appeared to have the remains of someone's saliva!
When I departed at 8am the following day it hadn't been cleaned Whilst there is a hotel car park there is also plenty of on street parking available Probably one of the best hotels in Dover. Great value, great facilities and the staff were all second to none in the spa and restaurant!!! Highly recommend and will return! Changing rooms a little tired and a lack of private changing facilities but other than that bloody fantastic!!
We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Dover Marina Hotel in May Nothing was too much trouble for Sian, she was always on hand to answer my many! The venue had been recently refurbished, the ceremony and reception room have beautiful sea views. All staff on the day were incredibly professional and polite, particularly Luke who looked after us and our guests throughout the wedding breakfast and evening reception.
It was evident the staff were highly trained service professionals and that they cared about their work. The food was incredible, we opted for afternoon tea as our wedding breakfast and my guests are still talking about "the best scotch eggs they've ever eaten"! The evening buffet was also delicious, you could really tell all food was freshly prepared by trained chefs. On the wedding night we stayed in the recently refurbished Bridal suite which was phenomenal. Great views over the sea, room was sparkling clean and the bottle of bubbly from the staff was just the cherry on the cake of a perfect day.
I wholeheartedly recommend the Dover Marina Hotel for any event or even for just a stay in the Hotel. We are delighted to hear that your day went so smoothly both Sian and Luke looked after you so well on your very special day. I will ensure that your lovely feedback is passed on to her. Very nice hotel to visit, clean and tidy with polite staff in hotel and restaurant.
Room was comfortable and quiet. All needs were met during our stay especially the spa which was very relaxing indeed. Would be visiting again. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was average with no view but the seaside location and good restaurant service made up for this. No off street parking that we are aware of. Nice to be so close to the new marina which is a lovely stroll from the hotel. After many afternoon teas ranging from average to diabolical finally one that hits the jackpot in true Victorian style.
Great quality freshly prepared food in generous portions together with endless tea and coffee. Service which was efficient and friendly in an environment which was interesting, relaxing and private. This outing came in lew of a total disaster refund whilst on holiday last year in Rippon, where the sandwiches would have made good cricket bats , the cakes were mini miniatures, the potsit resembling a thin milkshake and the service totally absent for the whole visit except for a very unfriendly welcome to a cold and poorly lit area of the restaurant.
Top marks to Best Weston for a truly magnificent experience at a great price too. Thanks to all involved. Myself and my mum had a full body massage today, and decided to have some lunch first. The gentleman that served us in the bar was just lovely. So accommodating so well done rather good looking guy with stubble and wearing suit. We followed this with our massages. We had them in the same room mine was done by a young lady called Sara and her colleague did my mums. We throughly enjoyed them and came out feeling so much better.
Will definitely return thank you. Sea view room, pillows were so comfortable, big spacious family room, although double bed was two singles joint together and not very comfortable but the sofa bed where we put our baby was extremely comfortable Room was clean to a very good standards, we didn't have any issue with eating outside food outside on the chairs by bar, bar staff was lovely on Sunday Night But he didn't want to listen to me and it was rather embarrassed as there was other people around so I just made the payment for breakfast even though it was already including in the room charge Bed could have been a proper double bed and comfortable mattress Please accept my sincere apologies that we did not meet your expectations as a Best Western Hotel.
Please rest assured that we will pass your comments on to the rest of the team. Very nice hotel.. Really nice and friendly staff.. It appears that they are doing some refurbishment on the hotel which was nice to see. We reserved a balcony room which I highly recommend and it was a bit dated. However, the room was clean, in working order and had all of the amenities that we needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The bartender in the lobby was great. The views were incredible. If I ever get to visit again, I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel.
We stayed here for 2 nights, in room overlooking the beach and between the 2 ferry ports. The room was a little on the expensive side, but at least you know what you are getting with such a chain so worth paying a little extra. We had a balcony room on the first floor. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony on our return to the room to watch the ships coming and going. We were lucky with the weather too so were able to sit outside with a glass of wine.
There is free parking around the back with a permit from reception. The bathroom was clean, very hot water so take care! The bed was 2 pushed together so very large and comfy. We didn't eat in the Whites restaurant as the reviews were not good. The breakfast was buffet style and very straight forwards, or you could have cooked to order.
Nice breakfast room. I did try to book a facial but they were fully booked so if you thought you wanted this, pre-book as I was quite disappointed. Staff on reception very helpful. Dover in itself is mostly about the ferry port, but the view of the castle is very impressive and walking around watching the ships was good. Go for a walk along the White Cliffs if you can, I enjoyed this more than the excellent castle.
We booked the Best Western for a one night stay prior to taking a cruise from Dover. It's well situated for the cruise terminal, being a short drive or a walk if you're feeling up to it away. It's more or less what we'd expected for a seaside hotel like this - decent enough, if fairly old-fashioned and basic in its decor and presentation. The breakfast was decent, though, and of course, the main reason we stayed there was the location. The location was one of its biggest assets, the other being the extremely helpful and friendly staff.
We had a bit of a problem when checking out, as despite being assured by the local taxi company that they'd have cars available the following morning, none were available - not for at least two hours. An exceptionally kind member of the reception team leapt into action and insisted on driving us to the cruise terminal - such a kind gesture, especially as we were weighed down with bags and my wife would have struggled to walk there. It was such a lovely gesture well above and beyond the call of duty. If you're after luxury, this isn't it, but it's very well placed for onward travel from Dover, and close to local amenities.
And we were well looked after during our brief stay. My boyfriend had arranged a stay for us at the marina dover hotel and spa as part of my birthday treat. Generally the staff were friendly, however the room was disappointing. There was not a bath but a shower in a very outdated bathroom, where the room itself was rather small considering the price we paid for it. We had a sea view room with a balcony, which had a fantastic view. However, during the night we both felt very uncomfortable as the draft coming in was bitterly cold due to the door not being properly insulated.
My boyfriend had arranged a massage for me that was an add on discounted voucher when booking online. When arriving to the spa, there was no record of it, and my boyfriend had to pay full price. Saying that, the swedish back massage itself was very good and relaxing, but the whole process lacked organisation.
Although our stay was pleasant, I would not recommend this hotel to a friend due to the room facilities, lack of organisation and high price tag. On check in for our spa weekend which was planned to be a real treat I was informed that the special flowers and chocolates for my mums birthday had been forgotten, I was also asked to pay for breakfast which I had assumed was included in a weekend package. The young lady on reception was very apologetic and sorted what she could at the time offering to arrange these extras for later but the surprise was a little lost at this stage.
Due to the issues I was informed she had moved us from our original suite to one which had newly been refurbed on arrival in the room I have to say it wasn't obvious that the room had been refurbed and the bathroom certainly hadn't been touched during this refurb. The hallway and corridor had dust bunnies in the corners and general debris on the carpets.
On a positive note the spa on site was lovely and the staff were great during our treatments I did however try to attend the spa one morning after breakfast to find the hot tub empty for cleaning the sauna switched off and the steam room drains causing an unpleasant smell but my mum has much more success when she visited and used the hot tub. On closer inspection of my booking my breakfast was in fact included and I asked for a refund on the payment for breakfast the gentleman I discussed this with helped eventually but was very stand offish at the time and I had to repeatedly show him my booking confirmation and forward the email and point out the exact paragraph which made it feel like I was trying to pull the wool over his eyes or something Eventually this was resolved and interestingly while trying to resolve this I heard several others have the same issues with their bookings We dined in the restaurant which although adequate all options were very rich leaving us feeling heavy and uncomfortable, the food was also not quite as billed on the menu the fancy descriptions far outstripped the product delivered!
We were also surprised to be asked to pay cash for the bread we were offered by a waiter it was not made clear that this was not part of the service and I wouldn't say a few slices of warm bread and butter were worth the additional cost. In all the stay was not what we would expect from a brand such as best western and I have since been asked by friends if I'd recommend this hotel for a spa weekend and I'm sad to say it was a resounding no!
If your looking for a one night stop off this hotel is incredibly close to the ferry port and adequate but I'd advise managed expectations! Anything further I'd certainly shop around. The hotel was not as I had imagined Being a grade two listed building it has its own challenges. I am pleased to inform you that we have now completed changed our carpets in all our bedroom corridors, central air-con, heating and continuing to renovate our bedrooms. My colleagues and I are using Best western Dover whilst working in the area. Despite the continued upgrade work the place is tidy and staff very helpful The meals at breakfast are good.
Great friendly attentive staff. We were pleased to have the opportunity of looking after you and delighted that your overall stay was a pleasant one. Thank you for recommending us, we look forward to welcoming you back soon. We stayed at the Best Western Plus Marina and Spa from the 19th of April stopping for two nights with breakfast included. Never been to Dover before but I've always wanted to see the White Cliffs so our weekend was booked. We parked up outside the front of the hotel and was very impressed by how clean and tidy everywhere was.
We entered the reception and was greeted with smiling faces and warm welcomes. The reception area and bar is very smart and trendy and as they say first impressions last. We reached our room and it was perfect in every-way beautifully decorated very clean and with a balcony overlooking the harbour. All the facilities provided and plenty of tea and coffee in our rooms. We couldn't fault the room or the hotel. We decided to eat in the restaurant and the food was amazing as you would expect from a Marco Pierre White restaurant. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of selections and once again perfectly laid out and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.
We would highly recommend the Best Western Plus and we would like to thank all the staff for making our short stay perfect in every way.
